Restyling of the website of the tourist guide that offers tours in and around Naples.

The website uses a specific pre-built theme for tourist guides, which I inherited and which I had to change and which uses a tour booking and payment system based on woo-commerce. The site was very approximate in the realization and with several errors that I had to correct. The task was limited to restyling and developing the site that then remained in the management of the customer. I also made the registration of the trademark "Naples Private Tours".

job description

I inherited website management (already online) from the old webmaster. Main objective to complete what seemed to be a "only sketched" job. I made a restyling to streamline navigation and improve user experience and retouched the graphic layout of many pages to get a more pleasant version of the site. I have written the texts in SEO key of most of the pages that illustrate the typical features of the Campania region. I reset all contact forms, photo gallery, footer and set up a system for collecting reviews on the site. I have properly implemented all pages translated into the four languages of the site (by inserting the missing translations), using the pre-existing system (Polylang and Loco Translate).

For personal reasons of the client the work was interrupted and not completed, especially in the part, that I wanted to edit, which concerns the process that leads from the choice of the tour to the payment.
