Marco Ricco, graduate in Economics and Trade, multi-annual experience in marketing Small Enterprises operating in various sectors. For several years I have been synthesizing in the work of web designer and web marketer my three basic skills techniques: knowledge of marketing & communication, graphics and digital technologies.

MISSION
Facilitate Small Enterprises, Professionals, Autonomous Workers and Retailers (who need to maximise the budgets invested) to come into contact with the relevant target audience, through their presence on the web in its various channels (internet site in primis), in order to achieve the following marketing objectives:
1. establishing relationships with potential clients
2. making sales or booking online services
3. strengthen the brand’s image, improving the company’s online reputation
The Webbus Project
In 2019, thanks to funding from the Campania Region, I officially started the WebBUS project. After years of various experiences in the sector, I saw an interesting market segment in my area...but not only. The segment that in those years was growing, represented by a large slice of small and very small business, professional and commercial realities with the desire to invest on the web. Such realities lack knowledge and ability to present web channels with quality independently and usually fail to invest the high budgets required by the most structured web agencies. Moreover, these same business realities had matured the need for a qualified presence on the web, which could NOT guarantee:
1. nor the myriad of web designers and web masters improvised and oriented to the policy of bites and escapes (although working at low cost, often and willingly with anyone or very little technical support, and often disappear after the "big" investment in google ads that does not bring results!),
2. nor the large web agencies, which, even with the large number of developers and technicians, fail to give a "tailor-made" service that today is also required by the small e-commerce operator. The local trader realized that through a website it is possible to achieve very interesting sales results, but understands that for this purpose the constant and qualified technical support (as well as quality marketing advice) is essential to maintain success on the web over time.
To this end I thought that synthesizing in a single "subject" what these business realities needed, could open up good market spaces. It was about offering a marketing expert who also had the technical skills and sufficient knowledge and experience on server management and the operation of an internet network. And that above all he was present alongside the entrepreneur in his path of growth and development of the business. All this offered at a freelancer cost.
That's why I designed WebBUS, which is essentially made up of myself, with a freelancer network around it, ready to intervene with their specialist skills whenever the project becomes more complex. I try to minimize costs, not by using, for example, a fixed office, which today, with remote work, becomes increasingly unnecessary. I take advantage of the opportunity offered by having acquired cross-cutting knowledge and skills, difficult to "synthesize" in one person, to establish partnerships that also become convenient for my client. Hosting on everything. Having the ability to manage virtual resources on remote servers of internet service providers, allows me today to offer quality and enterprise-level hosting at a more than competitive price, thanks to the "whole" purchase of hardware resources to which otherwise a small person would not have access. By addressing WebBUS, an entrepreneur can have a global advice on business marketing and a full range of marketing services (simplifying the relationship with its suppliers), which he would otherwise have to ask different stakeholders. For example, WebBUS can offer (even at a very competitive cost) the design of a logo, the registration of a brand, the drafting and presentation of a web project with the aim of receiving public funding, designing and creating a complete website from A to Z, including SEO, present social, realize the graphics necessary for all the presence on the web, but also for physical for fairs, road shows and industry events

My career and life path in general is then oriented towards an ethics that keeps me away from the disproportionate and unjustified gains. That is why today I can offer a service, I think, of medium-high quality but very low cost.

Thanks to a natural propensity for technical design and understanding of the languages of advertising communication, I have the ability to create visual materials thanks to the use of texts, images and colors to better convey the message behind the customer’s branding image strategy.

Thanks to working experiences in a software house operating in the world of intelligent video surveillance, I have acquired discreet knowledge about the operation of network architectures, which is also useful to understand how a website is distributed on the network and therefore to evaluate the quality of Internet Provider service.
Web Marketing
I have combined studies and previous professional experiences with a "creative passion" that I have brought from adolescence! "Playing" with shapes, colors, words and images is the basis of the fun I experience in creating websites. The "game" becomes serious when the guidelines dictate marketing and business objectives and everything conforms to that.
Thanks to my excellent application and analytical skills I can give a lot of effectiveness to the online advertising campaigns that I have carried out for my customers. Continuous monitoring and foresight are the key to success in this area. I can effectively express the advertising language thanks to the knowledge of various sectors of merchandise.
The world of computer science has always fascinated me, especially after the NETWORK "discovery". Man-machine interaction through increasingly "humanized" languages makes the development work of a web application more fluid, aware and even more enjoyable.
Google Analytics 4
When a customer also requires technical assistance to the website, I usually include in the contract the creation of the related Google Analytics property within my account. It is therefore my task to periodically monitor the performance of the site in terms of the visits received and all other necessary parameters. I usually expect periodic reports to be delivered.
SEO
Even if the customer does not entrust me with the management of the website for technical assistance, I will install and make a first basic configuration of a site optimization module for the main search engines (Search Engine Optimization). In the case of signing a contract for technical assistance, I deal with the periodic revision of the SEO parameters initially configured.
Business Writing
I spent several years writing texts for corporate communication (brochures, presentations, white papers, etc.), as well as editorials and/or press releases. To this I added the modern writing techniques for the web in SEO key (i.e. to make website text more easily readable by search engine crawlers and thus improve indexation and positioning in SERPs).
Promotional Printing
Thanks to the trusty relationship with some printers I work with, they are able to offer "collateral" services to web marketing, such as the design and printing of promotional and advertising material: Business cards, posters, agendas and calendars, various gadgets, etc.
Photography and Photo editing
They can provide images not copyrighted, or hire photographers for original shots. The next editing and photo editing phase is generally done by myself. I can produce photography on my own and also for social networks.
Business Strategy
Thanks to numerous professional experiences such as freelance or "outdoor" in different types of business, I was able to acquire a discreet knowledge of the basic strategies for business development. This allows me to identify and integrate with the customer the web marketing strategy with the expected growth scenarios.
